Except for the mixer, all of these reaction devices were designed by our lab and manufactured by a professional company. They are made of pure titanium (BaoJi-Titanium) and are especially suitable for conditions that need to satisfy special stirring demands of chemical reactions, as well as with features of high stable speed operation, easy to operate, and match glass condenser and other grinding mouth devices.
The reaction reproducibility, especially the reaction yield, is very important for process optimization. Meanwhile, the reaction yield is closely related with the reaction equipments.
To meet the different requirements of chemical reactions, the corresponding special reactors were designed for our experimental uses.
1. Reaction devices with 0.5 L and 1 L
As shown in Figure 1, the cover of the reactor is made of the material of titanium, welding with 19# or 29# necks for charger, condenser, etc. and thermometer hole for thermometer.
The reactor is made of titanium or glass, and the volume of the reactor can also have two kinds of choices, 0.5 L or 1.0 L, perfectly matching the cover.
The device is installed in a three columns supportor to maintain the stability of the operation.
2. Stirrer of titanium suitable for different stirring requirements of 0.5 L, 1 L and 10 L reactors.
3. Reaction devices with 5 L and 10 L
This device includes a reactor, a three-column fixed supportor, and a reactor cover with glass window for observation and 29# or/and 43# necks for charger, condenser, etc. and thermometer hole for thermometer.
The reactor is also made of titanium or glass, and the volume of the reactor can been designed as 5 L or 10 L. From the operation of 10 L reactor, it works well and is suitable for many special stirring requirements.
